399ber Terms & Conditions

To register an account with 399ber, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active 399ber account.
• You have not previously had a 399ber account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, agent, or affiliate of 399ber or any of its service providers.

Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. 399ber reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

399ber reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your account credentials with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 399ber support immediately at [email protected]. 399ber accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

399ber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services:

• bKash — BRAC Bank mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB mobile wallet

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to additional verification at 399ber's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your 399ber wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 399ber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of your transaction confirmation, you should contact 399ber support immediately with your transaction reference number.

399ber reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with fraudulent activity. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player's account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the player's most recent verified deposit. Processing times are typically within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, though 399ber does not guarantee any specific processing timeline and reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity or source-of-funds verification.

399ber reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, including National ID verification, proof of address, or screenshots of the originating deposit transaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your 399ber wallet balance.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 399ber are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Specific wagering requirements are detailed in each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• 399ber reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. 399ber reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds — and any winnings generated from those bonus funds — if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, account abuse, or in violation of any term of this agreement.

All casino games available on 399ber — including live baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, slots, and crash games — are operated by 399ber's third-party game provider partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by these providers.

399ber does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any live dealer or RNG game. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are accurate to the best of 399ber's knowledge.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 399ber reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical malfunction are not payable.

Cricket and other sports betting markets on 399ber are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the specific market's terms.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.
• 399ber reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.
• Any bet placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest error may be voided by 399ber at its discretion. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is clearly and demonstrably incorrect relative to the prevailing market price at the time of placement.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest match manipulation, insider knowledge, or coordinated abuse will result in bet voidance and potential account suspension pending investigation.

399ber is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399ber platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399ber shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if 399ber has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

399ber's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

399ber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail and be treated as the definitive version. All formal communications between 399ber and players shall be conducted in English.
